Agreed. It took us four years to get Richmond’s attention. The question is: Is Poli Peters right? He claims the company mgt has changed considerably recently, and they really do want to resolve issues.

Will they help my neighbors, or does it require a blog, ABC4 news, and some really bad social media publicity to get things done?

In my experience, submitting your requests to their website does absolutely nothing. Mine went ignored for months and months and months.

All of your neighbors should take their promises with a grain of salt.

This is going to cost Richmond American a crap load of cash!

I swear it would have been cheaper for them to build quality homes in the first place than fixing their crappy homes later on down the road.
