Lori Gilson

Moms are frickin awesome. I am one of them.

I was born and raised in Utah and am the second oldest of seven children. As number two, I assisted (much to my mother’s dismay) in parenting my five younger brothers and sisters. I remember my Mom telling me that if she hadn’t been so strong, I would have taken over house and home by the time I was six years-old.

When I entered my teenage years, I had experienced enough dirty diapers, crying and domestic work to last a lifetime, and vowed to never have kids. I broke that vow in my 20’s and had my first little girl. I am now the mother of three little sweethearts and I love (almost) every minute of it.

Between my kids, my career at SEO.com, and life in general, I stay pretty busy. When I have spare time, I enjoy playing the piano, traveling, gardening, shopping and snowboarding. More than anything, I enjoy laughing and spending time with my husband and kids. They are all pretty frickin fantastic!
